Do you believe that the federal government should be responsible for all civil unrest that occurs within the states, even if these incidents are not national in their ability to affect anyone outside the state boundary? Expand on your answer as it relates to the NRF.
In your opinion, is the NRF conducive to cooperation between the state and federal government in civil unrest, or does it stand in the way of state response?
Describe the power of the president of the United States to deploy forces to a state without the state’s consent. Explain your answer.
