Let’s talk about actors moving across those spaces and identify the type of spaces that have become popular over time.
Certainly as we adapt to a variety of conditions, the usage of space for theatre may not be “traditional” – in fact, a “place to act” and a “place to watch” may become more prevalent. I have experienced “site specific works” – (think Macbeth in a graveyard, plays set in a car or a hotel room) and theatre companies are getting more and more creative with the overall experience. List and describe the four types of theatre stages
In 3-5 complete sentences, explain: if you have seen a play before, which type of theatre you saw the play in and how effective it was for the story.
