Essay (50pts)
In a 3 (or so) page essay, address the following:
You are presenting a 10-minute TEDTalk to the University’s TEDx event. There are thousands of your classmates in attendance. Your three page essay is the transcript of your speech. In that speech, you have made the argument that sports are the most important historical lens through which to view social and political change. Explain why. Cite each of our main/required texts (books) as well as at least one of our other course materials as your evidence (three total citations/references required). Be historical, be critical, be the expert.
