VUL Character Drives Leadership at Providence Healthcare Case Study Analysis – Description
These should each be submitted as a five
section document for each case. For this course, please submit five bullet points per section (do not write
narrative for these case studies; only write in bullet points) and do not deviate from this format:
• Section 1 – Introduction to the Organization
o What does this organization do? Who are its key leaders? Etc.
• Section 2 – Leadership Problems/Issues Facing the Organization
• Section 3 – Recommendations
• Section 4 – Metrics or indicators of Success (may be quantitative or qualitative)
o What measure will you use to determine if the recommendations you’ve proposed
address the problems you’ve identified (for example: “Staff turnover rate is reduced”)
• Section 5 – Anticipated Outcomes
The following will be used to evaluate your submissions:
• The extent to which you get your points across with concise and precise language
• Reasonableness of recommendations, metrics/indicators, and outcomes
