This is a written report on volunteer hours that took place at an animal shelter.

Required End of Term Written Report:
A separate report title page that includes the following is required:
• Title of your internship report – please provide a descriptive title
The body of the report (not including the title page) must be a minimum of two pages.
The report must include the following information:
• Title page of report
• The name of the business/organization where the internship hours were completed

• A summary of what work experience you, the student, obtained during the internship,
including at least four things you learned while working at the internship and how you
expect to apply the experience you gained in the future (possibly in your career.)

• Margins: 1 inch top, bottom, and sides

• Final report must be saved as a pdf file
At the animal shelter, the student duties included
duties included laundry, cleaning of kennels, dog and cat walking, and minimal interaction with surgery like spays and neuters. as well as minimal interaction with office, like answering phones and speaking with customers that came into the animal shelter.
