Henry Felton, a 69-year-old Caucasian male, presents to the ER with shortness of breath, heartbeat racing, bilateral lung crackles, jugular vein distention, and swelling of the ankles andfeet. Mr. Felton has been feeling extremely tired and weak, due to problems sleeping. He has history ofmyocardial infarction 5 years ago, former smoker, occasional beer drinker, high cholesterol, high bloodpressure, gout, obesity, and 2x CABG. Mr. Felton’s diagnostic tests and symptoms are all consistent with heart failure. on Henry’s case, Compare and contrast the difference between right, left, and biventricular heart failure. explain why Henry had right sided heart failure.
