b.Explain how demotivation (and by extension disengagement) in these 3 aspects could negatively impact the strategic goals of an organization.
c.Using the 3 aspects you have identified, describe what specific steps HR management could do to avoid an employee becoming demotivated and disengaged in this specific job.
