UNCW Investigating Historical Artifacts through Blended Learning Paper – Description
Create a lesson for a specific grade level and a subject area (e.g., Mathematics, Arts Education, Social Studies, etc.) you plan to teach in the future. ( I plan to teach 7th grade, English Language Arts and History)
The length of the lesson should aim for 1-2 class periods depending on the complexity of the instructional topic and content.
Identify the ISTE standards this lesson aligns with.
The lesson must incorporate blended learning. At the beginning of the lesson (above the lesson) describe the Blended learning model you are integrating and provide a rationale of why this is the best model for the learners.
It must be created in Gdocs, and you must share the editing link so I can make comments and suggestions.
The lesson must incorporate appropriate technology available in the market (e.g., Mobile apps, MS Office applications, videos, Internet, Smartboard, Game/simulation, etc.) to facilitate or enhance teaching and learning activities during the class. You can also include the use of technology in after-school activities such as homework or assignment.
If the technology needed by the teaching and/or learning activity is on the web, you must provide the web link of the technology (e.g., link to Google chat site if you plan to use Google chat for peer communication; link to a game site if you plan to use it for learning or assignment; link to a video or a resource site if you want to show it in the class)
If applicable, attach the instructional material, assessment instrument and grading rubric that you created using technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheet, word document) and that you plan to use in the class to supplement your teaching.
If suitable, you can use the products that you created in this class as instructional or assessment materials.
Remember you will be creating an interactive Gslide in Module 03 that can be used a part of this lesson.
ADD Collaborative technology
