Then, use the opening move he mentions with someone you’d like to learn more about or someone you may have an underlying conflict with. In an appropriate moment, ask that person the question Cohen suggests may invite an opening for an opportunity to start a difficult conversation:
What do people get wrong about what you do? (you can revise this question to fit your situation)
First summarize the three steps he suggests, then describe your experience relative to our reading and the video.
