Whatever the technological opportunities and challenges may be of leading in an environment of change, human factors often dwarf the technologic considerations. Β Drawing upon your experience, the leadership models and principles we’ve discussed in this course, and your knowledge of intelligence organizations:
— What are some of the leadership challenges not related to technology that might affect intelligence organizations? (that question includes how/why the challenge affects the intelligence organization).
— What are some leadership approaches that you might apply to focus on the human aspects of leading change? Β Explain what you would aim to achieve with the approaches you identify.
