I’m working on a communications discussion question and need guidance to help me learn.
When conducting research, it is necessary to use methods that avoid accidentally or intentionally reaching incorrect conclusions. Inaccurate analyses can have serious consequences when they are used to make decisions and take action. Search online and fine a case where a person or organization is accused of using “misleading statistics.” In your response, summarize the topic of the statistics, explain why they are said to be misleading, and identify the harmful consequences that could result or have resulted from the use of these statistics. Do you think the statistics are really misleading? Do you think this problem an accident or intention?
Find a proposal for some sort of organization (business, governmental, school, etc.) and analyze it. What does it include, and based on what you see, how successful do you see this proposal working out, and why or why not?
