Title of Your Research Study
Introduction
This section should consist of approximately 100 words. It includes the study’s aim, which
incorporates the research question. Additionally, the significance of the research topic is required to
be justified. Furthermore, the beneficiaries of this research are highlighted. Please apply all previous
feedback given in Assessment 1.
Literature Review
This section should be approximately 700 words. The researcher ought to discuss (not
summarise) the highly relevant key concepts and theories drawn from five primary journal articles
and one secondary journal article. The discussion should include the common findings of the sources,
the differences among them, and how they relate to the current research question. It also needs to
include what gaps of study is going to be addressed in current research project. Remember that a
good paragraph contains one idea and consists of a topic sentence, evidence, explanation, and a
concluding sentence. Please apply all previous feedback given in Assessment 1.
Methodology
This section should be approximately 700 words long and include several different
subheadings that clarify how to implement this study.
Research Design and Approach
This section defines and discusses the research design and approach of the current study.
Sampling Method
Under this subheading, the sampling method, the participants’ characteristics based on the
collected sociodemographic information, and the selection process should be discussed. This section
should be written in the past tense, as the data collection has already taken place.
Data Collection Method and Procedure
3
In this section, the researcher discusses the data collected and the approach used. It details
how the researcher contacted the participant and describes the interview session, including the timing,
elements such as consent forms, demographic information, interview questions, and the location of
the interview.
Data Analysis Method
Under this subheading, the selected data analysis method used to analyse the study’s data is
defined and discussed.
Ethical Considerations
In this section, the researcher highlights the ethical concerns raised during the data collection
process and clarifies how they were addressed.
Study’s Trustworthiness and Credibility
This section discusses various techniques to ensure the study’s trustworthiness and credibility.
The methodology section should be written in the past tense, as data collection has been completed.
Please incorporate all previous feedback provided in Assessment 1.
Results
This section should be about 600 words and begin with a brief overview of the extracted
themes/subthemes in the first paragraph. It then describes each theme/sub-theme using the
participant’s active voice. Each theme/sub-theme includes at least one direct quotation from the
participant’s interview data set. This section does not discuss or cite any findings from previous
studies; it focuses solely on the participant’s world.
Discussion
This section should be approximately 800 words long, and instead of using an active voice,
the researcher discusses the concepts found in the results section. It begins by restating the study’s
aim and highlighting the themes/sub-themes derived from the data analysis in the first paragraph.
Then, the main findings of each theme/sub-theme are compared with those of previous studies
4
highlighted in the literature review; therefore, similar and new findings are discussed. In this part,
utilising a theory to support the discussion is a significant advantage when discussing the similarities
and differences between the current findings and those of other studies. Lastly, the researcher directly
restates and briefly answers the research question.
Implications of Study
In this section, the researcher discusses the application of current findings, focusing on how
they can inform existing practices and policies.
Limitations of Study
This section discusses any limitations that the researcher observed while conducting this study
and how future studies can address those areas.
Conclusions
This section should consist of approximately 100 words. It begins by restating the study’s aim
and how it was achieved concerning the extracted themes/sub-themes. Finally, the researcher needs to
propose the broader impact of these findings.
