What steps could you take to retain top talent in this role?
Retention efforts may be fairly general within a company, in the sense that you might not have specialized approaches for individual roles… but there may be opportunities for some roles to have unique retention plays!
How would you manage termination of employment (aka separation) from this job?
There are some general steps that are applicable to separation from any job, but are there any unique aspects of ending employment in this job in particular? For example, are there any contractual obligations, customer or client implications, special technology concerns, etc. that are relevant for employees leaving this job?
