You have been asked to complete the Assessment, Plan, and Evaluation portions of the Wk 8 Summative Assessment Case: The Initial Neuropsychiatric Intake Form for this case.
Make sure to prepare a 525- to 750-word individualized treatment plan for your patient using the most currently available treatment guidelines (e.g., APA 2021 Practice guideline for the treatment of patients with schizophrenia (3rd ed.)).
Be thorough, provide rationales, and include, but do not limit yourself to, the following:
Psychotherapeutic techniques

Patient and family education and safety measures
