Instructions:
Details: Your team will develop the following two (2) deliverables:
A) In a memorandum directed towards the organization’s board of directors, briefly summarize the organization’s response to the incident in the case study. What happened? What could have been handled better? Next, develop and describe an incident response plan that take into account “lessons learned” from the incident in the case study. Summarize this response plan in the memorandum.
B) Create a presentation to the board of directors to summarize your findings from step (A) above. In this presentation, be sure to briefly define the Respond pillar, so that your audience is aware.
