forr this assignment, you will choose a Fat Diet That you are interested in learning
more about. You can select a diet of your choice or you can choose one from the list
below.
Once you have chosen a diet, please answer the questions below concerning that
particular diet. Based upon your answers, you will then analyze the diet and make
your recommendations.

Paleo, Weight Watchers, Vegetarian, Atkins, IIFYM,
Vegan, Mediterranean, Ketogenic, Zone
