Myoblast Seeded Cell in Volumetric Muscle Loss Presentation – Description
I need help with constructing a scientific research poster. I have included four article that give background information of the lab experiments. The abstracts and background should discuss C2C12s and then Human Pluripotent Stem Cell. Any words that are taken from the article please highlight so that i can add a reference later. The methodology should discuss scaffolds and cell seeding, the surgical timeline, OCT embedding, Cryosectioning, Staining, Imagine. The results should discuss the Tissue sections and the centrally located nuclei. I also included a powerpoint of what I did specifically in the lab as well as lab notes and a sample poster to show how the poster should been generally written and constructed.
