On page 12 of Changemaking, the author suggests that there are seven factors that support successful change. With these in mind, first describe a recent effort by your organization or community to produce changeβwhether it was successful or not. In brief, what was the change effort?Then briefly describe how each of the seven factors were addressedβagain, whether successfully or not. As you proceed with each of the seven factors, include information regarding how the change effort could have been more successful (if only those factors had been addressed more thoroughly).
