This could be done by gathering data and using augmented analytics. It is important to note that “Machine learning and natural language processing are used in augmented analytics to automate and process data and extract insights from it that would normally require the expertise of a data scientist or specialist.” (Harshini, 2023) Data analytics is used all the time to develop and make AI better so that they are limited errors when things need to be done. This is used in almost every industry and is a critical part of today’s workforce to be able to understand the past, present, and what might/ will occur in the future.
Why it is important?
This is important because Data analytics can see what the trends are in mistakes and fix them. It can show what products might be selling at a certain time and why those products are being sold. This is important because data analytics understands trends and patterns from the data that is being collected to help optimize business performance, forecast for the future, and to be able to run any business smoothly and without hiccups.
How it is used or can impact an organization
Data analytics is a huge part of any business. Regardless of the industry. “Data analytics help to improve business management by helping leaders assess the effectiveness of current workflows, analyze the outcomes of the processes, automate new workflows, and refine them over time.” (“8 Ways to Use Data Analytics to Improve Business Management,” 2022) this helps organizations order what they need or prepare for what is to come in order to run any business effectively. It looks at current market data and can show insights into what really is going on.

The human brain is complex and an amazing thing. What if we could harness the power and structure of the human brain and implement it into computers? Well, that is what Neuromorphic computing hardware is aiming to do. It utilizes specialized hardware and algorithms to mimic biological neural networks and synaptic connections. In other words, “neuromorphic computing can perform human-like cognitive computing, such as vision, classification, and inference” (Neuromorphic Computing – Deliang Fan, n.d.) This approach to computing can unlock new capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applications (Barney & Lutkevich, 2023). Since the dawn of technology, we have been trying to build a computer as agile and efficient as the human brain; now, we may have the key to unlock this ability.
Neuromorphic hardware and software will be highly relevant in the world of IFSM. As technology advances, the need for more efficient and powerful computing systems becomes increasingly important. Neuromorphic computing offers a potential solution by leveraging the principles of parallel processing and cognitive architectures (Barney & Lutkevich, 2023). By understanding and replicating the brain’s ability to process information, we can develop more intelligent and adaptive systems.
Our area of study focuses on the intersection of technology, business, and management. Neuromorphic computing can impact various sectors, including healthcare, finance, cybersecurity, and robotics. Understanding and applying this technology can enable organizations to harness the power of AI and ML more effectively, leading to improved decision-making, advanced data analysis, and enhanced automation.
