Scenario #1: As you try to fall asleep you keep tossing and turning, and it’s beginning to make you mad. You know you’ll get even less sleep now and even though your body feels tired, your mind just won’t shut off.
Scenario #2: You continue to bring your work stress home with you both mentally and physically and it causes overeating and a lack of focus.
Scenario #3: After long hours behind the computer, you find your shoulders and neck continually stiff.
