Terminating Treatment With Clients

1. How do social workers use evaluation findings to improve the efficacy of social work practice at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels? How have you used evaluation findings to improve your micro work with your own clients?
2. How does terminating your clients affect you personally and professionally? Discuss your experience with one termination session with a client.
3. Reflect on your personal experience during the 15th week at your agency. What positive and negative experiences did you have? Provide 2 examples of how you have terminated treatment with clients. Were these planned terminations? Did they go as you had hoped? Would you do anything differently regarding terminating with a client in the future?
