View both of the advertisement in Module IX, Topic C – “Sitting on the World”??? and the Chicago Defender Migration Ad. Discuss them in your group. There are no individual topic questions for each group. Just focus your group’s discussion of the following: What was the purpose of these ads? Who was the audience? If you had been a part of this audience for each, how do you think you would have responded to both?
