FSSC Junior Management Position Vacancy Announcement and Selection Process – Description

Your organization has a junior management position available.  You have been ask by your HRD to create a vacancy announcement to include the job classification description. Then you will need to design a set of interview questions to include the following types of questions biographical, situational judgment, behaviorally anchored and work knowledge items.  You will also need to determine if a work performance sample outside the interview setting would be useful or critical for a high-quality selection process, explain why or why not. Then you would take the three candidates and setup a matrix of no more than five factors, give weights to the factors, and score and rank the candidates. Once you have selected the most qualified candidate. Then create a training program that will train the newly hired individual to the position, the organization, and provide an evaluation criteria format
