·       Prepare a short 2-3 page paper discussing the major considerations with developing proper form form for your lift. What physical limitations would cause an issue? Include a discussion of the findings of your skill analysis, including which muscle groups are vital in this sport skill.  Discuss which sports/athletes who would benefit from the lift that you are evaluating, and include which sport skills it would be helpful with.
