After reading the chapter 5 noted above in Brown’s Atlas of the Heart, complete the reflection questions below based on your personal reflections/experiences of the chapter’s content. Answer each reflection question and submit a total of at least a minimum of 250 words per reflection. 1. Recollect a bittersweet experience you’ve had. Do you recall naming it bittersweet in the moment?
2. What do you think you do more of: ruminate or reflect? Can you share an example?
3. Did you ever have a habit that you knew was not the best for you? If so, did justification help you overcome the dissonance you felt?
