Conflict Resolution is an essential element of life, but a task filled with so many diverse
issues that not many can engage it without feeling a bit unprepared. Through the grace of
God we have been given a wonderful ministry of reconciliation and direct commands to

principles of conflict resolution laid forth in the Peacemakers text.
INSTRUCTIONS
Submit a 1-page proposal describing the situation and person with whom you have a
personal conflict that is unresolved. This personal conflict can be within the scope of
your ministry, family, or vocation. Review the Peacemakers Personal Application
Workbook to help determine the conflict you need to address. Since this project is of a
