Choose an autoimmune disorder discussed in the textbook. Describe the major characteristics of the chosen disease, the specific tissue affected by the disorder, and the course of action for a patient diagnosed with the disease.
Choose an immune deficiency disease discussed in the textbook. Describe the general characteristics of the disease, identify the cause of the disorder, and discuss the course of action for a patient diagnosed with the disease.
Then, provide a case study highlighting your chosen disorder. Please do not identify the common name for the disorder in this response. Ask your peers to help you diagnose the disease! Please ensure that you check the discussion frequently to see if your peers have reached the correct diagnosis.
