The people/roles (various interviews) you expect to speak with
If you don’t have the details on the names and roles then make educated guesses at the titles. Include a college recruiter, HR Manager, Hiring Manager, and Peer interviews.
For each interview identify what the person is seeking from the discussion.
Tell me about yourself?
Identify three (3) items in the job description you will address in your personal narrative.
Explain how your story addresses these items.
Why are you the best candidate for the position?
Identify three (3) things that justify why you are the best candidate for the position.
Provide specific proof points for each item.
What is your “drop the mic” response?
What questions do you have for me?
Provide three (3) questions about the position or company you would like to ask. These must be specific to the company/position. If you would like to ask a more generic question make it specific to the situation by providing company-specific context. For instance, “What is the company culture?” is generic. Whereas, “I noticed on LinkedIn a lot of employees posting about . Is this part of the company culture?”
