business school Simulation Final Report – Description

The final report on your simulated company must cover the following items:1) Your business starting position and initial marketing strategy, including your company’s initial list of products, what you invested in first, and the company’s initial financial resources.2) Your firm’s performance objectives and actual performance. This can include graphs and tables of data from your company to cover actual performance, but you must also include your team’s initial performance goals/objectives.3) Key strategic moves that led to your success (or demise). Describe your company’s key decisions and actions that either resulted in your company’s success or poor performance. Also, include examples of when you changed your strategy/decisions to better compete in the market.4) How you left the company positioned for the future. Describe where your company finished and the strengths and challenges the company faces in the future (assuming the simulation would continue for several more rounds).5) Important lessons learned from the simulation experience. Describe what your team learned from the simulation experience. This can include what you were most challenged by, what you learned about the strategy and operations of a company, what you would do differently if you did the simulation again, and what you will take away from the simulation that will be the most helpful to you in your career.
