You have 2 choices to analyze your intake:

Loseit.com
Add all your foods for day 1 breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner snack. [Refer to the 24 hour recall sheet]
Once you are done entering all your food information, there is a print page button on the top of the page, click this to print the page for the day.
Repeat the same thing for day 2 and day 3 of your recall.
Paper:
Write a 3-5 page paper answering the following questions:
What were your total calorie intake for the day?
Did you consume the recommended pattern of intake? Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack? Why or why not?
Is this caloric intake acceptable (is it low or high compared to 2000 recommended calories)?
Did you meet the recommendations for grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy and proteins?
Did you exceed one group drastically? Which one and why do you think this was?
Is there a food group you prefer and therefore and so you consumed more from that group?
How many empty calories did you consume? Which foods do you think contributed to this?
How much sodium and saturated fat did you consume? Was this too much?
Explain how you found keeping track of your intake for 3 days and what challenges your faced
What changes can you make in your diet to more closely meet the recommendations of a healthy diet?
