It is often said that ignorance of the law is no excuse. But given the many sources of criminal law, is it really fair to assume that the average citizen knows the law? Why or why not?
Find one current example of a law or regulation that may not be known by most people. Explain the law or regulation and describe why this law or regulation is obscure or not known by many.
