Steps:
Pick one of the following variables: age, weight, or height.
Calculate the population mean (that’s everybody on the table) of that variable.
Now select a random sample of size 4 from that variable (as random as you can), calculate the sample mean (average of the four numbers).
Repeat Step 3 nine more times. You should now have 10 sample means total.
Find the mean of the 10 sample means.
Compare that to the population mean from Step 2. Are they close? Why or why not?
