I’m working on a writing discussion question and need the explanation and answer to help me learn.
Should police officers assigned to specialized units in which they work as a team be evaluated in the traditional way of a performance evaluation assessing the police officer’s individual performance or should the unit also be evaluated using an instrument that measures the characteristics listed in the Teamwork Assessment, or both as an individual and as a team member.
