I grew up cooking with lots of vegetables and fruit for desserts. Although the use of Tajin probably isn’t the best (added sodium) I still love fruit alone. Most of my meals are pretty balanced so I am not too concerned about. I would love to try and incorporate the use of raw vegetables and better ways to use them in meals. Fruits in moderation are great and my kids love to snack on them (especially when they’re cut up and ready to go). I’d like to think I drink enough water but that isn’t true. I carry my water bottle and most of the time finish one but its about 40oz and definitely not enough for me for the entire day. I am going to try and be more mindful about my water and make sure I’m drinking enough. I did see a few good tips like drinking a glass of water as soon as you wake up, drinking one glass before each meal, and drinking one before you shower. That may be something fun to challenge myself and try out.
