Hi everyone,
I would like to say that I do eat enough fruits and vegetables throughout the day. I Drink a fruit mixed smoothie with kale or spinach in the morning, I snack with my little one throughout the day and we eat fruits like peaches, bananas and plums. For dinner we usually incorporate some veggies or a healthy salad on the side. My water intake varies, somedays are better than others. I drink about 4 bottles of water a day especially because I’m a pumping momma I do my best to remember to stay hydrated. To increase my water intake daily I would set alarms to drink water or download an app that will help me keep on track.
