Anglia Ruskin University Mental Health Response – Description

please respond. to Paulina. with. 100. words.
Alcohol can be fun, in moderation. I think everything goes back into someone personality as in;
how is there self control
how is there mental health

their environment (home, school, etc)
do they have an addictive trait
Also it depends on the person with who they socialize with, at times people hit rock bottom and they want to forget everything so alcohol has a big role (as well as drugs). I also believe and its how it worked on me, I grew tired of it, I did not like the feeling of being buzz, I had to see myself being drunk and I was not happy with my lost of control over a liquid drink, I did not enjoy girls night, I did not enjoy how people looked at me (last time was 22 years old) and I think I upgraded from basic beer and got to enjoy an IPA in a social setting or with my partner talking and enjoying a movie, I enjoy a glass of wine with food or paint and wine get togethers lastly cocktails are expensive, so must have limitations even tho some are so delicious. I wanted a better impression of myself.
Alcohol been around for centuries, it is a fun beverage, I do not enjoy being around people who drink too much, family wise its okay some are fun to be around, some demons come out and its cases of beer not 2 beers, cases. It gets boring. I know customers who are alcoholic and they are older and its cause they are lonely or their “friends” who aren’t real friends have the same interest. I do not shame someone who struggles, I have a family member lost in drugs, its sad, its damaging to your family/friends but mostly yourself and to recover is so difficult. Help them as much as they are willing to be helped, harder said then done. I don’t know someone personally so I would try to be there but hard to say cause I never been in a situation as so, cannot imagine that difficulty if that is your partner, sibling, child, parent, etc. I wish rehabs were supported by the government.
