AIU Communications Learning Theory Foundations Discussion – Description
Effective educational leaders often have a vision that guides students’ and others’ behavior. A vision is a mental model of an ideal future goal. Visions promote positive change and can challenge individuals and organizations to reach a higher meaning and purpose.
Like a vision, vision boards are creative road maps or models of future dreams, aspirations, and desires. They provide a tangible representation to keep one focused on goals.
Read Chapter 7, Creating a Vision from the Leadership textbook.
Create a digital professional educator vision board using PicMonkey OR use a poster board and magazine clippings to create your vision board.
