ACU Islam Religion Presentation – Description
Create a Power-Point-style presentation submitted as a PDF on one of the major religions of the world (Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, or Islam). You get to choose the religion that will be the subject of your presentation. The presentation should include text that is most significant to understanding this religion and at least 10 images embedded in the presentation that illustrate your presentation.
You should answer the following questions:
a.How did this religion originate and who are the primary individuals in its origin?
b.Where in the world is this religion practiced? How many people in the world (and the U.S.) are faithful to this religion? Which U.S. cities are home to large numbers of people loyal to this faith?
c.What are the major teachings of this religion? What are their major religious texts? What is similar to Christianity and what is different?
d.How do those who adhere to this religion express their faith? How do they worship? What are their icons/images?
e.How do these religions view Jesus?
At the end of your presentation you should list all sources used and at least three of these should be sources other than Wikipedia.
