MID-TERM CASE STUDY – Description
I need excel and report to submit. I have attached a financial model that you can use for the mid-term case study. This is the model that we discussed in class this week. It is fully populated (subject to any assumptions that you may wish to change). Remember that the case study involves two assets. One of the two is modeled in the attached. You will have to model the other which will require a change of inputs and some minor adaptations.
